The Texas A&M University System is accepting breakout session proposals for the 2025 Tech Summit.

Please use the form below to tell us about you and your proposed breakout session. Proposed sessions are accepted through September 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. 

Submit a Proposed Breakout Session

If selected, all session speakers must purchase a registration.

• General Admission registration will be discounted for a maximum of two (2) speakers per breakout session attending from an institution of higher education or a state agency.
• We do not offer registration discounts to non-sponsor vendors.

You may submit multiple breakout sessions to peer reviews, but can only speak at a maximum of two (2) breakout sessions.

Vendors: We highly suggest that you partner with an A&M System member to talk about how your products and/or services made a difference to how we do business. We discourage using a proposed breakout session to hold a sales presentation. 

Speaker Bureaus: We do not choose our keynote speakers through this process. If chosen to speak at the 2025 Tech Summit, your speaker must purchase an attendance ticket.
